Typically, your order is available within 2-4 business days at your nominated Australia Post pick-up point, and the exact timing depends on the Australia Post location.
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
To ensure a smooth collection process, please bring your email confirmation and a valid photo ID that matches the one used during your purchase, such as your driver licence or passport.
Are there limits on how much foreign currency I can order online?
Yes, orders must be AU$500 minimum in foreign currency equivalent, with a maximum of AU$5,000 per 24-hour period.
What payment methods are accepted online?
PayID and Bank Transfer are the preferred payment methods.
Can I use a foreign-issued card to pay online?
No, we only accept PayID and Bank Transfer as the preferred method of payment.
Can I change the collection date for my online order?
No, the collection date cannot be changed once an order is placed, but you can pick up your order any time within 7 days of it being ready.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
No, for security reasons, only the person named on the order can collect it. Bring your email confirmation and the ID you used when making the purchase.
I received an error while ordering online, what should I do?
This is very rare. If it happens, use the 'Contact Us' section on the website. Most likely the transaction has not gone through and you will need to start the order again.
